Apex Institute of Engineering & Technology (AIET) was established in 2004. AIET is synonymous with excellence in Technical education. These include educational facilities like the Simulation Lab with computer driven Manikins, an Innovation Centre and various other centers of excellence. Prof.O.P.Chhangani is a well-known Scholar in the Structural Engineering within the area of Civil Engineering.He did his B.E in Civil Engg. Hons., from M.B.M Engg. College, University of Jodhpur & Ph.D in Structural Engg., from Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Hungary. He had been the Pro Vice Chancellor at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and Director of University College of Engineering, Kota. Dr.Chhangani has more than 32 years of UG and 15 years of PG teaching experience to his credit. Dr.O.P.Chhangani has authored numerous articles in journals of repute and delivered keynote lectures & expert lectures on subjects of Civil Engineering. He has contributed in curriculum development & courses formulation in PG programs of University of Rajasthan, Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur & Rajasthan Technical University Kota. He had been a member of State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) on Environment Impact Assessment. Dr. Chhangani has travelled extensively to European Countries of Hungary, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Czechoslovakia.
